At Brainomi, we strive to provide the highest quality memory training services to our participants. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • 24-Hour Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 24 hours of your initial purchase or registration. This applies to all bootcamps, courses, and consultations.

  • After 24 Hours: No refunds will be provided after the 24-hour refund window has passed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at brainomiofficial@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your name

  • The course or service you purchased

  • The date of purchase

  • The reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • No Show/Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend a scheduled session (bootcamp or consultation) without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the refund window or late rescheduling requests will not be refunded.

4. Payment Installments

For participants who opt for payment installments, please note:

  • Refunds for installments will only apply to the first installment, and only if requested within the 24-hour window after the first payment is made.

  • If you fail to complete your installment payments, your access to the bootcamp or course may be canceled without a refund for prior payments.

5. Exceptions

Refunds for special cases, such as medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us at brainomiofficial@gmail.com with any concerns.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly.
